The Warren Blackwood Bombers have achieved the ultimate reward for their outstanding first season of Football by winning the South West Junior Football League’s Year 10-12 Youth Girls Premiership.

It was a hard fought victory achieved in Bunbury against a tenacious Bunbury Bulldogs by 26 points.

Wonderful scenes broke out as the invaders from the Lower South West took the premiership, which only six months ago was a pipe dream.

Dana East was awarded the best on ground medal from the umpires.
