Jets open up a gap at the top of the netball table

Jetz maintained their hold on top of Bridgetown Netball Association’s Junior A competition, defeating the second placed Falcons to open a four point gap at the top of the table.

Third placed Scallywags had the chance leap frog the Falcons and take second place with a victory over the fourth placed Thunders, but ended up being defeated, leaving each team in the same positions they occupied at the start of the round.

In the Junior B competition, the teams finished the round in the same position they started, with the league leaders Skylarks defeating the bottom placed Rockets and the second placed Bluebirds defeating the Tornadoes.

The Seniors competition saw the league leaders Royals defeat the winless Falcons, while the Cyclones defeated the Aztecs in a close game to move two points clear of them on the ladder.
