Take your singing beyond the shower
People who love to sing as part of a group are invited to join the Manjimup Harmony Choir.
The choir meets every Tuesday from 6.30pm at the Manjimup Masonic Lodge to practice for events where they use their singing prowess to entertain the community.
Their performances include singing at Moonya Lodge once a month.
A spokesman for the Manjimup Harmony Choir said the group derived pleasure from “collective singing”.
“Everyone enjoys collective singing in many forms, from the spontaneous celebration of a football club song, to a family sing-along around the piano,” he said.
“We all like singing in the shower or in the privacy of our car, but the sound of a choir becomes more than the sum of its parts.”
The Manjimup Harmony Choir is looking for people to sing soprano, alto, baritone or bass.
