Caversham: Firefighters battling house blaze on Kinsale Way

Firefighters are responding to a raging house blaze in Perth’s eastern suburbs.

The Department of Fire and Emergency Services were called to the fire on Kinsale Way in Caversham about 7.56am on Friday.

It is understood the house was completely engulfed when they arrived just after 8am.

Firefighters continue to battle the blaze, which remains uncontained and uncontrolled.

They are expected to spend several hours in the area.

A St John WA spokeswoman said paramedics had not been alerted to the incident as of 8.30am.
