South West Electrics have returned after a two-week association bye in top form, defeating Vixens by a whopping 41-points, 70 to 29, and securing their first win of the season.

SWE took charge of the game as soon as the first whistle sounded, converting their centre passes into easy goals and taking some incredible intercepts in the centre court.

SWE managed a 12-goal lead before Vixens were boosted with the addition of a seventh player to their team halfway through the first quarter, who managed to halt the onslaught temporarily.

Down by 12 points going into the second quarter, Vixens had a bit of work to do however, SWE continued to dominate the play, extending their lead to 20 points at half-time.

SWE’s Kylie Proctor and Jessilee East had notable performances, rarely missing a goal-scoring opportunity.
