Viking’s new Scandinavian journey
Viking have introduced a new comprehensive Scandinavian voyage to their cruising repertoire.
The 22-day Icons of the Viking Age ocean voyage will sail between Bergen and Copenhagen, stopping in 18 ports across eight countries, delving into the history and homelands of the Vikings.
Five of these ports are new additions for the cruise liner, including Norway’s Haugesund, one of Denmark’s oldest cities Aarhus, the Swedish naval base of Karlskrona, Latvia’s baltic capital of Riga, and the historic port of Klaipėda on Lithuania’s Curonian coast.
There will be six departures available to book from 2027. Pricing starts at $19,795.
A current promotion offers free airfares for your companion (valued up to $2400 per booking) and a $500 shipboard credit, for those booking a stateroom before March 31.
